If something isn’t right, here’s how our return and refund process works.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Items received damaged, defective, or incorrect( may be replaced or refunded via store credit)

Note:

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or refunded.

We do not provide cash refunds unless required by law due to the nature of cosmetic products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for unwanted items.
If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return or replacement shipping.

Return address will be provided after your request is approved.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped or packaged.
