1. Are your products authentic?

Yes — all products sold by SecretKornerr are sourced from trusted suppliers and verified for quality.

 

2. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours after placing them, as we begin processing orders quickly.

 

3. What if the item I want is out of stock?

You can click “Notify Me” on the product page, and we’ll alert you the moment it’s back in stock.

4. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns in South Africa.

 

5. How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

 

6. How much is shipping?

Shipping fees vary by location and weight, but are clearly displayed at checkout.

 

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping applies on orders above RXXX (set your threshold).

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a tracking link.

 

9. My tracking hasn’t updated  what do I do?

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect movement.

If no update appears after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll assist.

Absolutely. SecretKornerr uses encrypted, Shopify-secured checkout to protect all personal and payment data.

12. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days for unopened, unused products.

Opened beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Send us photos within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
